        1. Incision

        After administering a substantial amount of anesthesia, the dentist makes a deep incision along the gumline's center, directly above the jawbone. The gum tissue is then separated and pulled back to expose the underlying bone. The precise location of the incision is critical to enable the gum tissue to wrap around or cover the implant after insertion.

        2. First Drilling

        Expertise is vital during the first drilling phase. A highly qualified dentist, such as Dr. Cesar Simon, employs a high-speed drill to create a small hole in the bone. This process requires precision to prevent bone damage or burning, which could also harm the gum tissue.

        3. Second Drilling

        After creating the initial hole, the dentist continues drilling at a slower speed, using progressively larger drill bits. Once the cavity reaches the optimal size for the implant, drilling is complete. Careful attention is required during this step to minimize heat generation and avoid nerve or cell damage.

        4. Dental Implant Placement
